An affiliated entity of Whitney acquired Pemberton Place, a 48-unit, three-story, elevator-served senior affordable apartment community in Kansas City, Kansas. The acquisition was financed with a loan originated by Bellwether Mortgage Capital, LLC and syndicated equity. Whitney Management Corp. will manage the property.

Whitney refinanced Pinewood Place Apartments, a 72-unit multifamily community located in O’Fallon, Missouri (a suburb of St. Louis), with a Fannie Mae loan originated by Bellwether Mortgage Capital, LLC.
